8.30 am to 5.00 pm PT · TSW Opening Networking Reception to follow

Held the day before Technology & Services World (TSW), TSIA's conference for technology and services leaders, at the same venue,
running Tuesday and Wednesday.

ELEVATE 2025 NEW YORK CITY

WHY NOW

Buyers stopped buying solutions. They buy outcomes now.

As AI starts generating business results at unprecedented scale, one question runs through every customer conversation. Can I trust these outcomes, and where is the proof? This year's agenda is built around that shift.

How AI is accelerating outcome-led growth, and what it means for the way value gets sold and proven.

What it takes to build partner-led motions grounded in shared, trusted outcomes.

How revenue teams are turning value realization into a systematic, auditable growth engine.

Exclusive industry research on where the market is heading, and what separates the leaders from the rest.

THE THREAT

Customers want proof before they buy. Most incumbents can only show it after.

Buyers are getting addicted to proof of outcome before they buy. AI natives feed that habit. They were built to demonstrate real, measured value in weeks, before a customer commits, rather than promise it in the sale and reconcile it long after.

Most organizations still prove value the old way. Months, not weeks. After the sale, not before. And they carry a heavy services cost to get there. That lag could become the fastest accelerant of market-share shift we have seen.

PROMISE GAP IS A COLLABORATION GAP

The best organizations do not make a value promise in sales and hand it off.

They keep the customer, sales, and services in the same conversation, from first promise to proven outcome. Close that gap and proof moves from months to weeks, from after the sale to before it. ELEVATE 2026 puts the people who make the promise and the people who prove it in one room, for one working day, the day before the industry's biggest conference week.

ONE WEEK, TWO HALVES OF THE SAME ARGUMENT

ELEVATE on Monday. TSW on Tuesday and Wednesday.

One venue, one thread. ELEVATE is the room that works the problem. Technology and Services World is where thousands of technology and services leaders gather for the two days that follow. Attend ELEVATE and a 50% discount on TSW registration comes with your seat.

Monday 19 Oct · ELEVATE 2026

The Working Session

Invite only. Workshops at round tables, eight to a table. You leave with positions, peers, and proof points, not a bag of swag.

Tue 20 & Wed 21 Oct · The industry week

The Industry in One Place

Analyst-led sessions, proprietary research, and executive programming across customer success, services, sales, and revenue operations. Your ELEVATE confirmation carries a discounted registration rate and the ARIA hotel booking link, so the whole week books in one sitting.

THE DAY

Sharp minds on stage. Real work in the room.

We are bringing some of the sharpest minds on scaling value onto one stage, in short, sharp sessions built to challenge how you think, alongside the buyers who decide what proof actually earns their trust.

Then the stage steps back and the room takes over. Deep peer conversations, hands-on working sessions, and real time to network with people working on exactly what you are looking to solve.

Learn from the best in the field, then build on it with the peers who get it.

8:30 AM

Four Value Signal sessions

Twelve minutes each. Four sharp positions on where outcome-led growth is heading, and what it demands of the way value gets sold and proven.

9:20 AM

Executive perspectives: the buyer's side

CIOs and CFOs who buy technology and services, on what they actually trust. Moderated conversation, questions from the room.

10:20 AM

Breakouts on the Value Signal themes

Facilitated, in their own rooms, chosen before you come. What comes out of each room feeds the afternoon.

12:00 PM

Lunch, hosted at round tables

Seating designed, not left to chance.

1:00 PM

A first look at the week ahead, then a keynote of our own

A preview of the conference to follow. Then an independent voice on value, beholden to nobody in the room.

1:45 PM

Workshops: what does good look like?

The heart of the day. Eight to a table, working on the standards this discipline has never had.

3:30 PM

The room answers back

The morning's speakers respond to what the workshops produced. Unscripted by design.

4:30 PM

Closing fireside

One conversation, one takeaway you will repeat in the bar afterwards.

5:00 PM

Straight into the networking reception

The day flows directly into the industry conference's opening reception, where the ELEVATE room joins the wider community and the week begins together.

The shape of the day. Speakers announced from August.

Who is in the room

Eight to a table. Chosen on purpose.

YOU

THE TABLE

Workshops and breakouts run eight to a table.

Eight is the number that decides whether your voice is heard. Being one of eight is a different proposition to sitting in an audience.

We read every application to curate the room.

This is a working room for the people who own the value conversation: value management, sales, customer success, services, partner, and revenue leaders.

When we are full, we are full.

No extra chairs. Once the room is full, the wait-list opens.

You will be sitting with the people building the business cases sales relies on and the people accountable for making them true, from some of the most forward- thinking technology companies in the world.

THE COMPANY YOU WILL KEEP

The sixth ELEVATE. The first one alongside TSW.

Five years in, this community keeps bringing the same senior room back. This year it moves next to the industry’s biggest week.

"This community is at the heart of the transition to design the business outcomes that are going to be the commercial construct of the future."

"One of the chief differentiators of this community is the community itself."

Six fields. If the fit is obvious your seat confirms on the spot. If it
needs a human, you will hear from one inside a business day.

What do you want to leave Vegas with? Optional, one line

By applying, you agree that Ecosystems and TSIA may contact you about ELEVATE, Technology and Services World, and related events, products and research, and that you are registering for the Customer Value Community. Free to attend. Seats are limited and applications are read by a person.

The last few questions

Before you decide.

Nothing. ELEVATE is free to attend. The only cost is getting yourself to Las Vegas a day early, and the room rate below.

No. ELEVATE stands on its own. But your seat carries a 50% discount on TSW registration, the two are in the same building, and the Monday conversation runs straight into the TSW agenda. Most people stay.

At ARIA if you can. You can take advantage of the TSIA discount rate at ARIA, with the booking link on your confirmation screen and in your confirmation email. The rate expires on 16 September, so book when you register.

Because the value of the day is the room. Workshops run eight to a table, and every seat has to earn its place in the conversation. We read every application, and we say no.

No. That is deliberate. People say things in an unrecorded room that they will not say on camera, and those are the things worth traveling for.

ELEVATE is convened by Ecosystems and its Customer Value Community, in partnership with TSIA. This year is the sixth ELEVATE and the first alongside TSW.
